Carrabassett Valley Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- The condo we believe is truly unmatched for value, convenience, and amenities anywhere on the mountain.
WINTER RATES
In winter the fee is $450 per night plus 7% Maine mandatory sales tax. Cleaning fee (one-time at end of stay): $95.
7 night minimum; generally only the school break periods will be rented. Stays of longer than 7 nights; additional nights reduced by 50% ($225 per night).
SUMMERTIME RATES
Property may be available spring summer and fall. Rates are $225 per night (50% of winter rate), minimum 3 night stay. SUMMER WEEKLY RATE SPECIAL: $999 (maximum guests: 4) Additional guests (up to 2, 6 people total): $100 per week.
Other periods possible based on owner schedule; please inquire.
Payment by credit card only, by PayPal unless otherwise agreed. Key in attached lockbox at unit. Unit will be delivered to renters in a professionally clean condition. Renters are asked to leave the unit in a neat broomswept condition…
