Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- A $1,500 deposit for rental is required to hold booking, this will also be your security deposit. Payment is due in full upon arrival (either bank check or postal money order made out to owner). Deposit will be refunded upon an inspection of the house by the owners, house must be left in same condition as when arrived.
- In case of cancellation, at least 72 hrs notice is required for a full refund. If less than 72 hrs notice is given, no refund will be given.
