Tampa House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- The rate is all inclusive, all required taxes and fees are paid out of the base rate. There will be no additional taxes or fees charged.
A major credit card will be required for security at check-in.
A reservation deposit will be required to secure all bookings. The reservation deposit ranges from $500 for weekly rentals a larger deposit may be required for monthly rentals.
Reservation deposits will be fully refunded for cancellations made more than 6 weeks prior to lease date, 1/2 deposit returned for cancellations made between 2 and 6 weeks prior to lease date.
The balance of the lease amount must be received at or before check-in. - Holiday and Special Events periods will have special rate provisions.
