- Rates start at $700/ wk.
- During Peak Summer season only, units require a 1 week minimum and run Sat.-Sat. Check-in is at 4PM possibly earlier, if available). Check out is 11AM so we may prepare unit for next guest.
- $250 refundable deposit required upon written confirmation of booking. Check or money order accepted. $75 of this deposit is a non-refundable cleaning fee to ALL renters.
-Once you receive a confirmation & rental agreement. A signed rental agreement must be sent to owner along with a $250 deposit within 10 days of receipt. All renters must sign agreement PRIOR to occupancy. Payment for rental is due upon arrival in full.
-Rent is neogtiable for tenants seeking long-term rental (3 months minimum) and priced according to season.
-If you decide to plan a last-minute 'getaway' , call me and if unit is still avaiable, we will negotiate a 'Special Rate.'
This can not be arranged prior to 10 days of arrival. - One pet is welcome upon approval of owner and will require an additional fee and non refundable deposit for added cleaning . Fee is waived for service dogs .
