Bridgton House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Weekly rental is 7night rental. Saturday to Saturday
Check in after 2:00 PM, Check out before 10 :00 AM
We accept paypal, personal checks, cashier checks and money orders.
$300.00 refundable damage deposit, 7% Maine Sales Tax $100.00 cleaning fee and a signed rental agreement are required to reserve booking. All monies are due within 45 days of rental week, if guest cancels in less than 30 days of rental guest forfeits 1/2 rental fee.
No smoking inside house.
