Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Cleaning after departure $ 50
Please add 13% taxes for local taxes
Rates may vary depending on special time events
Please note: Reservation is not completed until deposit is made.
Check in: 4:00 p.m. Check out: 11:00 a.m.
To book the condo, you are required to put a 20 % deposit; which will then go towards your total balance (NB: this is Not a security deposit).
All remaining balances must be cleared at least 4 weeks prior to your arrival at the apartment. - Methods of payment include: Paypal,Visa, Mastercard, American express, Money Order, Cashiers Check.
Cancellation Policy:Strict: 50% refund up until 4 weeks prior to arrival, except fees.
