Check-in for the Palm Bungalow is 5pm, Check-out time is 11am. (Please contact us if you need different times)

Deposit Policy: Half the rental amount of the stay is requested to reserve future rental dates (including taxes and cleaning fee);
Cancellation Policy: In the event of a need to cancel the reservation, owners ask to be notified as soon as possible. A full refund will be given up to 7 days prior to check-in. If a cancellation is made within those final 7 days and a new reservation is booked (covering the entire previous reservation dates) a full refund we be issued. If no new reservation can be secured, deposit will not be - Dates Available: Year Round
