    Payment Terms: A Deposit of 50% is required to secure booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Bookings are taken on a 'first come, first serve basis'. If a tentative booking has not been secured by receipt of deposit, notification will be sent to the first tentative reservation to submit their deposit in a timely fashion or lose the reservation.
    *In the case of refunds due to booking cancellation by the client, bank charges and currency exchange fluctuations, will be borne by the client.

    Security Deposit: All guests are required to take out a USD$1,500.00 Damage Insurance Policy provided by HomeAway's, Property Damage Protection, www.propertydamageprotection.com. The cost is USD$39.00. Confirmation is required at time of final booking payment. Great value for both parties protection..
  • Cancellation Policy: The Deposit Amount is NON-REFUNDABLE. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the arrival date, the FULL AMOUNT is NON-REFUNDABLE unless the property is fully re-rented for that time period. If not fully re-rented the refund will be pro-rata. **Cancellations due to death or serious illness will require the provision of a death certificate or letter from a physician. Refund amount is at the sole discretion of the Owner.

    Rental Agreement: A Rental Agreement will be provided upon confirmation of availability and communication with client. The executed Rental Agreement, confirmation of damage insurance coverage and Deposit must be received as final confirmation of the booking.

    Departure Time: 12:00PM departure time. Where circumstances permit, allowances can be made for later departure with prior approval.

    Payment Types: Other types of payment options can be accommodated with prior discussion and approval.
