York Harbor Estate Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Please Note: All rates do not include the mandatory Maine tax of 7%.
There is a $250 cleaning fee added to the rate.
A $1,000 refundable deposit is to be made 30 days prior to arrival.
A 50% deposit is to be made at time of booking. This will secure your week. The balance is due 30 prior to arrival. The deposit will only be refunded if booking was cancelled in sufficient amount of time to allow us to rebook that week.
Payment can be made by personal check, credit card, cashiers check or through paypal.
***The weeks of Christmas and New Years are $4,000.***
Summer Rates for 2013: June 1, 2013 thru August 31, 2013 : $5900/week, plus 7% Maine tax and $250 cleaning fee. - 3500-5900
Turkey Hill is an amazing property to rent for the holidays. Decorated beautifully for Christmas and has lots of room for large family gatherings.
Turkey Hill can be rented nightly for holiday parties, gatherings, reunions, celebrations, etc...Additional fees apply for parties.

- Master: WYNN signature king mattress, luxury bedding, down comforter, fireplace, flat screen t.v., opens onto back deck with seating, overlooks beautiful wildlife. Bedrooms 2,3,4 Located upstairs. All have their own en suite full bathrooms. Bedrooms 2,3: Flat screen t.v.s Bedrooms 2,3,4 can be equipped with additional beds upon request. Bedroom/library5- we can add a queen/king bed if you need a 5th bedroom. Please note: We have a total of 4 bedrooms, but we have numerous additional sleeping options to accomodate larger parrequest we can convert the private library into a bedroom upon request. We are equipped with 3 king beds, 2 queen beds, bunk beds, 2 futon beds, and air mattresses. Please let us know prior to your arrival your sleeping needs so that we can accomodate appropriately.
