Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- All rates are subject to 6% Florida State Tax and 5.0% Tourism Tax. These Rates apply to two persons per bedroom. Management reserves the right to adjust rates without notice. Minimum Three Night Stay. Daily Amenity Fee $10.00 plus 6% Tax. Housekeeping Service Monday-Saturday November 1-April 30. Housekeeping Service Monday-Friday only May 1- October 31. A light service is provided daily and full service once a week. Additional services available upon request (fees will apply). A late check out up to 6:00PM will be charged one half the daily rate. Pets are not permitted. Check in Time After 3:00PM Check Out Time 11:00AM.
