Finca Del Mar House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $100/ night or $600/ week. Peak season Nov15-Jan16 and all April $180/night, $1,100/week
- Please note that the house comfortably accommodates 4 individuals and the rental rate being charged is based on such occupancy. If the number of overnight guests is over four (4), there will be an additional charge of $25 per night per person. Maximum occupancy is eight (8). Please note that if you would like to bring a pet, an additional charge of $25 per night will apply.
Additional day guests @ $10 per person. This is a No Smoking property.
Rate: 50% due at booking and 50% due 30 days prior to arrival. A security/damage deposit of US $1,000 is required 30 days prior to arrival. The deposit is fully refundable within (14) days of departure. - Accepted Payment: We accept payment with checks in US dollars. Please write the check to the order of Janelle Hansen and mail to: 306 Rowland Ave Modesto, Ca 95354. (Checks must clear 30 days prior to arrival).
