We require that the house and property be left in the same condition as it was when you first arrive (no breakage, clean). There is a security deposit of $300 (by Paypal) due 1 week before your stay that will be refunded within 2 days after your departure following an inspection by the owner.
A deposit of 30% of the total rental is required to confirm booking and is non-refundable. The balance is payable no later than 14 days before the stay.
Check-in is 17h and departure is 12h. This can be adjusted if necessary. - Leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived for full refund of deposit. There are plenty of pillows, comforters and duvets, but bring your own sheets and towels. If you wish to use our sheets and towels, there will be an additional $50.00 charge.
Firewood and propane gas for the BarBQ are included.
No pets please.
