Located in Turtle Bay grounds (880 acres) - 50% of the total sent with your printed and signed agreement holds your booking with the balance being due 30 days prior to arrival (60 days prior to arrival for Holiday bookings) Last minute bookings must be paid before entering the rental. Security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after checkout date, after security fob, condo keys and pool key are received, unit is checked for excessive dirt or damage which would require repairs and any other cost incurred by homeowner due to guest’s stay has assessed
Cancellation Policy: once booked, refunds can only be granted if all your held dates are rebooked
