- Payment policy
To secure your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total rent is payable within 7 days of written confirmation. The balance of 70% of the total rent is to be paid 45 days before date of arrival. Payments to be effected net of all banking charges which shall be paid by tenant by bank transfer. - Cancellation policy
If booking is cancelled 45 days before arrival date, a full refund of the deposit paid will be given.
If cancelled thereafter no refund will be given.
