Bed, bath and kitchen linens, garden maintenance included in the price. - Security deposit, water, electricity, gas, heating, house cleaning, additional bed to be paid in euros on the premises:
Security deposit: EUR 500 per unit.
Water, electricity, gas up to 5 m3, house cleaning: EUR 130 set price per week per unit year-round.
Gas / heating: up to 5 m3 included in the above mentioned set price; if more than 5 m3 (probably only necessary during the colder months when central heating is used) metered / EUR 6 per m3.
Additional bed for the 13th person (in Piccolo): EUR 100 per week.
Baby bed if maximum capacity PAX is exceeded: EUR 50 per week.
Pets allowed: EUR 50 domestic pet supplement per week.
