Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- $175.00/night (three night minimum); required 30 days before arrival.
$350 deposit, must be received within 30 days of the reservation.
The deposit is NOT applied toward rent.
However, the deposit is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided:
that all conditions of lease are met.
(30) days notice prior to arrival date is required for cancellation.
Cancellations that are made more than 30 days prior will incur no penalty. - April through August
