Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

June 2 to June 30: $2,600 per week
June 30 to September 3: $3,100 per week
Thanksgiving, Christmas, February and April Vacations: $2,600 per week
Other dates: $2,000 per week. Ask us about monthly rentals and seasonal rentals.
To hold your reservation we require a 50% Deposit. A $500 security deposit and the balance are due 2 weeks prior to the rental dates.
