Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• If more than 4 people in the group. A $20.00 per person/per night will be added.
• A $40.00 (one-time) cleaning fee will be applied prior to your arrival.
  
  With groups of more than four people:
  A $50.00 (one-time) cleaning fee will be applied prior to your arrival.
  
  A $5.00 (one-time) damage deposit processing fee will be applied prior to your arrival.
• DEPOSIT,CANCELLATION POLICY,SECURITY DEPOSIT:
  * To reserve the apartment, 50% of the rental payment will hold the apartment reservation for you. The balance will be due three weeks (21 days) prior to your arrival (check-in date). Payments can be made with most major credit cards.
  * If you cancel your reservation before three weeks (21 days) of your arrival (check-in date). Your rental payment will be refunded in full.
  * If you cancel your reservation within the three weeks, 1 to 20 days before your arrival, your rental payment will not be refunded. Due to short notice of cancellation. Exception: If the apartment can be re-rented, a refund will be issued for those dates rented.
  * A $100.00 Security Deposit is required during the final rental payment. If all items ref. on the contract are complied with. No missing or damaged items, the apt is not damaged and left in a clean condition. The Security Deposit will be refunded, within two weeks (14 days) from date of check-out.
