Cancellations between 30 days and 15 days in advance of the reserved arrival date will be refunded at 50%, or at 100% if the reservation dates are filled.
No refunds will be given for cancellations obtained at less than 15 days prior to reserved arrival date.
Cleaning fee:
$25 for 2 guests
$50.00 for groups 3 to 4 guests
$75.00 for groups 5 or more guests
