  • Please note this is an all inclusive rate (includes normal utility usage & standard cleaning upon departure), there are no extra charges. Changeover day is Saturday during peak season and off peak we are flexible. An quotation will be sent to you in response to your reservation request. A non-refundable reservation deposit of €300 is requested at time of booking. Reservations will be confirmed on receipt of deposit. The remaining balance (including refundable security deposit) is payable 1 month prior to arrival. We accept payment primarily through 'Payments through Homeaway.com' but also can accept electronic bank transfer and Paypal if required, sorry no personal cheques. Please note any electronic funds transfer fees or Paypal fees are the responsibility of the renter.
  • A security deposit of €300 will be added to your invoice and refunded within 1 month of departure less any funds transfer fees incurred and where appropriate excessive utility costs, any extra cleaning required or property / contents damaged will be notified and deducted. Please note this is a non smoking property. Our rental agreement will be presented to you to accept before you pay your deposit when using 'Payments through Homeaway.com' or will be emailed to you if choosing bank transfer or Paypal options.
  • Our cancellation policy is:
    Cancellation 1 month or greater prior to arrival will result in loss of booking deposit.
    Cancellation 15 days to 1 month prior to arrival will be charged at 50% of the agreed rental price.
    Cancellation 14 days or less of arrival will be charged at 100% of the agreed rental.
