Owner will require 300 security deposit in cash upon arrival. Security deposit is returned (if no damages found) 24 hours after property is vacated.
Exit cleanup fee 150 + 9% Vt state tax;
Non-refundable deposit of 50% is required with rental agreement. 100% if rental agreement signed within 30 days of arrival.
Owner reserves right to change rates on this website
Rates include sheets,linens, towels, dishes etc. and all maintenance (snow plowing, lawn care, etc)
