Late Check out: 6 pm ($100 charge, arrange in advance please) - Pets: We understand that pets are a part of the family; after all we have pets too. A the same time we have to keep in mind that pets often require extra cleaning. Our policy is to allow pets with a $500 refundable pet deposit. This deposit is refunded after our property manager and cleaning staff have determined that damage/soiling did not occur to the property during your stay. Please be aware that excessive pet hair will incur a cleaning charge. If extra cleaning is necessary, the minimum charge would be $100. We ask that all pets be declared to us prior to arrival. Unannounced pets will incur a non-refundable daily charge of $100/day. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Cleaning/Damage: If you decide to leave the property in an unusually unclean state you agree that we may charge you fro the extra cleaning at $50/hour (dependent on the extra time needed to clean) with a $100 minimum. Any damage to the property will also be billed to your credit card.

- The main house has 2 full bathrooms on the upper level where the bedrooms, kitchen and great room is. At ground level near the hot tub we have an outdoor shower for rinsing after beach trips. The ohana has a full bath with access from the bed area and the lanai. It also had an outdoor shower for rinsing the day's sand away. A handcrafted bamboo curtain gives privacy and the flat flagstone lava rocks make the outdoor footing smooth and unique.
