- A $500 deposit is required upon reserving this property. We do accept Visa/Mastercard and Discover. Your card will be charged for the deposit at time of booking and then upon departure, we will inspect the property, have it cleaned and your deposit will be refunded to you less a $10 handling fee. If there are any damages to the property they will be called to your attention and then taken out of the deposit. Cleaning fee for this property is $150.00
- You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. No spring breakers. Occupancy tax is charged on rentals less than 30 days and is separate from the nightly rate.
Silver Sands Vacation Rentals and the homeowners are not reponsible for third party vendors not fulfilling required repairs in a timely fashion. We will do everything in our power to get a problem fixed but cannot guarantee the use of third party amennities throughout your vacation.
We provide all properties with a starter pak or toilet paper, pape towels, etc. You must bring additional if you are staying more than one night.
