Cancellation within 30 days of arrival will loose deposit.
Full payment required upon check-in via cash or PayPal payment before arrival. - No smoking inside apartment
No partys or loud music - the apartment is located in a private residential block, please respect the neighbours
Anything damaged, stolen or missing from the apartment will be taken from security deposit. If anything breaks or is damaged please report immediately.
If the apartment is left in an unacceptable condition 50 Euros will be taken from the security deposit for extra cleaning time.
