- CLEANING FEE: $80 cleaning fee waived with 7 night stay or longer.
POOL HEAT: Included in rental rate from November 1 - May 1. If pool heat is desired for other dates, the charge will be $125 per week or $20 per night.
PETS: Maximum 2 pets. No additional fee for 2 or fewer pets. Exceptions considered at owner's discretion and additional nightly and/or weekly fees may apply.
AGE RESTRICTION: You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations 91 days or more prior to the arrival date will be refunded 100% of advance deposit, less cancellation fee of $150. Cancellations 46 - 90 days prior to arrival date will be refunded 50% of advance deposit, less cancellation fee of $150. Cancellations 45 days or less prior to the arrival date are not subject to any refunds unless the property is re-rented for the original time period - PROPERTY DAMAGE PROTECTION INSURANCE: In lieu of a traditional security deposit, we charge a non-refundable fee for property damage protection insurance. This fee ranges from $39-$59 depending on the length of stay.
