Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

40% of total rental is required at the time of booking
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
$300-500 refundable security/damage deposit required to reserve a date. Please note this is a non smoking property.
CANCELLATION POLICY::
A forty five (45) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than forty five (45) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 5% Cancellation fee or $75- whichever is greater. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, or that are made within 45 days of the arrival date, forfeit half of the advance payment and full damage/reservation deposit.
