Curacao Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates are per night and for 2 bedrooms in use (max. 4 people).
For additional people there is a surcharge of EUR 25,00/night for each extra bedroom (2 people/bedroom).
Final cleaning fee:
- up to 2 bedrooms in use: EURO 110,00.
- with 3 bedrooms in use: EURO 130,00.
- with 4 bedrooms in use: EURO 150,00.
Rates in other currencies depend on exchange rate on day of payment. - Included in rates:
- use of water and electricity up to a certain amount/night (40 KwH/night with 2 bedrooms; each extra room: + 10 KwH/night.
- cleaning during your stay (every 7 nights)
- all towels and bed linens (incl. beach towels)
- use of internet (DSL/Wireless)
Excluded in rates:
- final cleaning (depends on the number of bedrooms you have booked)
- extra use of electricity if above included amount
- car rental
- transfer from and to the airport unless you book your rental car with us (then it is free of charge)
- late checkout on departure day (normal checkout time is 09.00 a.m.)
