Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- One time cleaning fee of $95 is required for stay less than 7 nights, no charge for longer stay.

A $250 refundable security deposit and an initial payment of 50% of total rental fee are required as soon as booking is confirmed. The balance must be received 30 days before date of arrival. If booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival time, $250 refundable security deposit plus 100% of rental fee is due at time of booking.
A valid credit card is required at time of arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card. The full security amount will be refunded within 15 days of departure contingent on satisfactory report of the unit, no items missing or damaged and no smoking inside of home. - Cancellation Policy:
If booking is canceled up to 30 days prior to arrival date, 50% of initial rent deposit and full amount of security deposit will be refunded. No refunds other than the security deposit will be given on cancellations less than 30 prior to arrival time. If balance is not received within the specified time, the owner reserves the right to cancel booking without any refund of the initial rent deposit. No refunds will be given for late arrival / early departure. We strongly suggest the purchase of traveler’s insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances. Rates are subject to change until confirmed.
