Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Our rates reflect the property you will be renting.
The minimum stay is for 3 nights, which would be for $495 per night.
1 Week for the whole house is a total of $2,950.

Deposit:
We do require a security deposit to be paid within 7 days after making your booking. This is refundable once our cleaners have inspected the property and issued us with a full report. We aim to be fair at all times and have never had the need to retain someones deposit yet. If something is broken, please be honest and we will be fair with you.

Please note: The entire house has air conditioning and intercom systems to keep in touch with each other. It is also fully alarmed and can be set at night for perimeter protection.
