Cold Springs Cabin Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $225-$250/nt - $1300-$1500/wk
- Winter rates ~ Dec 16, 2012 thru April 15, 2013 ....... $250/night $1500/week.
Summer rates ~ May 25, 2012 thru Sept. 2, 2012 ....... $250/night $1500/week.
Off-season ~ Apr 16 thru May 24th & Sept. 3 thru Dec. 15 $225/nite $1300/week.
Three Night Minimum Stay Holiday Weekends & during months of June, July & August.
Security Deposit (Refundable) - $200 due within 7 days of booking cabin.
Cleaning fee $150. Ask us about our optional 'clean it yourselves' policy.
Full amount of rent and cleaning deposit due one month prior to stay.
We also accept PayPal. Credit card and PayPal transactions - add 5%. - Year Round.
