Brooklyn Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $295-$395
- - Reservation / Booking Fee [first part of the security Deposit] is $300 ($500 for holiday seasons), Full refund if cancel less than 30 days before Arrival, Rental Fee: will be paid up to 30 days before Arrival.
- Second part of the security fee $700 [will make a total of $1000.- of Security Deposit ] must be received 7 day before Arrival, along with the: End of stay Cleaning Service- $180. [one time fee]
The $1000 security Deposit will be Refund within 24 hrs of the next business day after turn in keys, taking in consideration that the guest left the apartment 'in good terms'
Optional Cleaning service Available for $180.- per service
- Rate base on 5 guests in party, additional person $18.- per night per person,
We will honor All rate offer in writing. As 'time is of the essence' failing to pay on time, will cancel the Reservation without additional notice - for Low season the Booking fee is 300 high season the booking deposit is $500.- and the pick season & holidays $1000.-
Cancellation Policy:
You can back up, up to 30 days [for low season, 45 days for high season and 60 days for Pick season] before Arrival ,' no question ask' you will have to pay our bank charges {if we did any ? $15-25}
For Cancellations received up to 30-8 days before Arrival, we will Charge 50% Cancellation Fee. from the Rental Fee only, not from the the deposit,
No refund will be Issued, if Cancellation request is Received less than 8 days Before Arrival.
Check-in 4:30 pm, Check out 9:30am
Early Check in Or Late Check Out Available (not at all time) for a Fee of: 20-50% of The daily Rate[of that season]
