Pool heat is not included in the rental price and it's not always necessary. It is recommended November to March but not obligatory if you do not want it. The price is $26/nt.
The cleaning fee is included for all booking of 7 days or more. Cleaning fees are $110 for bookings of less than 7 days.

For reservations we require a $200 deposit per week which is then deducted from the total amount of the booking when final payment is due 8 weeks before arrival.
$49 will be added into the quote for property damage protection up to $1500 (insurance). This insurance will protect you in case anything happens with the villa during your stay. Alternatively if a $350 credit card pre-authorisation can be taken by our management company which is not deducted unless there is any loss or damage to the property.
