  Payments ;
  Deposit: In order to make a reservation 50% of the total rental is required
  Balance: Must be received within 30 days of date of reservation commencement
  
  Refund Policy;
  Written cancellations received within 30 days of reservation date 100% refund of deposit.
  Cancellations received 0-29 days of reservation date NIL REFUND of deposit
  
  Security Deposit;
  Villa and Casita reservations $1000
  Villa only reservations $1000
  Casita only reservations $500
  
  The security deposit will be refunded within 8 days of your departure date. The deposit will be returned in full unless there is damage, loss of property or additional cleanup required, in which case the cost will be deducted from the deposit.
  
  Payment Method;
  Payment via PayPal is required. Many of their transfer methods are free. They do accept credit cards but they charge for the service an additional fees . Please add 4% your payment if you use credit cards for payment.
