- This unit is privately owned and rented. There is no resort fee. You still have at your access all facilities of the Blue Heron Beach Resort EXCEPT the free transportation to nearby parks. You will need to provide your own transportation. Stay 5 nights and have no cleaning fee. The Cleaning Fee is $70 for 4 nights or less. In addition to the above rates there is a State Tourist Tax of 12.5%.
