$50 Village IDs - - 1).The deposit of $1000 is due when you reserve the home. This will hold your reservation and will be applied to your rent when your rental period begins.
2)One half of rental fee is due 90 days prior to the beginning of your rental period with the exception of the winter months (Jan, Feb, Mar, April). The remainder of rent is due 60 days prior to move in for rental period less than 3 months.
3) Security deposit of $850 due at the start of your rental period. The $1000 security deposit is refundable within two weeks after rental ends providing all keys, garage door opener, and gate passes are returned. The refund will also depend on the condition of home and gas golf cart.
4). Cleaning fee of $125.
5.There is a $50 fee for a visitor’s pass, which gives you access to the majority of the golf courses in the villages
All taxes, utilities, cable TV, trash, lawn service, and phone services are included.
6). Groceries, propane, other supplies are not includ
