- Renters must be 21 years old or older. Children are permitted when accompanied by an adult. Minimum stay of two nights.
The cleaning cost is included in rental rates. A $60 cleaning fee applies if guests request an additional cleaning.
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM. Flexible times are possible upon request. Sometimes, it helps to have a late check out when you plan to spend that day also in the Tremblant area. It is also nice to drop off your belongings early if your trip goes better than expected. We can help. If you arrange it in advance, we can look into that without any extra charges.
The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 07:00 AM. Kindly respect other guests who wish to enjoy their stay.
Additional maid service is available for a fee of $60.00 per cleaning. A guest must request this optional service.
Every 7th day, maid service is provided free of charge.
There is no additional charge for Wifi Internet or local calls. The phone line prohibits long distanc - Bookings are confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent. The payment balance is due 15 days prior to arrival.
Payment can me made online using PayPal, Master Card, VISA, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque. Cash is an option if renters live nearby owner. Credit card payments can be made via PayPal Invoicing.
For cancellations made 15 days (or more) prior to arrival, all payments are refunded, less a 6 percent fee. Payments made within 15 days of a booking are not refunded.
A credit card number is required for a security/damage deposit. The credit card is charged after departure only if the unit is damaged, requires extra cleaning, or if items from the unit are missing.
