Los Angeles Apartment Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $75 and up
- The room rate quoted is for the first person, plus $25 for the second person during the week, and on the weekends.
There is a required secuity deposit of $250 which is fully refunded at the end of your stay if no damage has been incurred. There is also the City of Los Angeles Taxes which will vary depending on the length of your stay/ the size of your transaction. This tax does not apply to stays of 29 days or longer.
The cleaning fee is charged per week or per stay which ever applies to the duration of your booking or portion thereof. - We have been offering our room for over two years and have met great people who tell us that they love staying with us. Please check us out...you will be happy you did.
