- We will hold all provisional bookings/enquiries for one week. Deposit of £100 to be lodged within owners bank account to secure booking. We accept cheques or bank transfers. This must be done within 7 days to secure the booking. Full balance due to be lodged within owners bank account no later than 8 weeks prior to departure. Deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of your departure assuming there are no damages and the cleaning fee has been met. We will try to reasonably accommodate changes to dates or cancellations where we have availability. The cleaning fee is currently 50 Euros and is to be paid in cash locally on departure.
