Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- BOND $1500
- Prices quoted are valid for 24 hrs. Prices increase with each successive booking taken per month. Listed rates are a guide only. Property only secured with arrival of the deposit of 50% of the tariff into the house account. First deposit that arrives secures the booking. Ask for terms and conditions to be forwarded before payment of deposit as payment of deposit is deemed acceptance of these terms. Final payment due 2 months before arrival though bond of $1500 can be paid in last 3 weeks prior. Failure to pay by due dates will forfeit bookings. Refunds only possible in full if the entire period is re-let at the same price(minus Fee $200.) Any shortfall is born by guests. If you shorten your booking the entire amount is still due.
You are strongly advised to have travel insurance to cover unexpected events such as illness and bad weather etc
Cleaning may be an extra in shorter bookings. Extra people above 8-10 may have extra charges associated.Please enquire. Linen / towels included - This house has a no party/ no wedding/ no functions/ no end of schoool celebrations policy which is strictly enforced
There is a noise eviction policy and a curfew on outdoor area use of pool by 9pm and outdoor entertaining areas by 10pm as required by Gold Coast City Council.
Minimum age of all occupants to rent the property is 25 yrs.(exclucing children. Photo Id is required at time of booking.
No additional people may come to the house or stay without prior approval at time of booking. Late requests not permissible. (max 14 onsite any one time)
Booking is quoted for the number of persons advised at time of booking and may not be increased after booking confirmed as we do not allow increased numbers staying other than that agreed to initially. We are specifically targetting smaller bookings..
SPECIAL:
Booking person receives free spa treatment or massage on site. (# as long as others make booking as well)
Restaurant vouchers for free meals and discount activities provided .
