In order to confirm your reservation, payment for 50% of the total rental cost is required as deposit. The remaining payment is due 1 month prior to rental date. If second payment is not received by due date, your reservation will be cancelled and deposit forfeited. All payments are through Paypal (where we accept payment via Credit card ) or via wire transfer. If your request is less than a month before your arrival date, the full payment is required in order to reserve.
