- Our beach holiday home boasts 3300 square feet and includes all of the luxuries and ammenities of a year round residence. The rear yard is completely enclosed with a six foot high solid privacy fence, and is highlighted by a resort-quality pool with waterfalls and color-changing lighting for extra special night-time swims. The pool deck is made of top quality stone pavers and there is plenty of comfortable seating around the pool for al fresco dining and takining in the tropical sunshine. The back yard also offers a large grassy area for games, and there is a large stainless steel gas BBQ grill for your culinary enjoyment. There are also sun umbrellas for those who wish to shield themselves from the rays. The tropical foliage and towering palms amid the pool area are sure to make you feel as though you are lost in an island hideaway. And, don't forget the outdoor Bose music system to complete the ambiance.
