Cancellation Policy: Due to the nature of our summer season May 1st - September 30th, we require a minimum of 28 days cancellation notice. Cancellations 28-15 days before arrival 25% cancellation fee of full rental.15-8 days 50% of full rental fee. Maximum 2 people. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING or Animals please.
