Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- The rental rate includes all local taxes,tourist registration fee, services by our permanent staff six days a week,eight hours per day, gas ,electricity (normal use), drinking water, toiletteries, use of linen and towels and the first diner and breakfast after your arrival.
Our rental rates are very competitive compared to similar rental objects in our area. The service is comparable however. - After confirming your reservation we expect a 25 % downpayment of the rent within 10 days of receipt of the rental agreement.
The remainder of the rent and a security bond of € 200 have to be paid at least 4 weeks before arrival in the villa on Bali.
The deposit will be paid back within 10 days after your departure from the villa if no damages and/or excessive use of electricity is reported by our staff.
We recommend a cancellation insurance for your journey.
