Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $250-$350 per night $1500 - $2100/week
- Early Booking Discounts:
• $100 discount for weekly rentals booked by 11/1/12
• $45 discount for weekend rentals booked by 11/1/12
Rental Terms:
• 50% Rental Deposit required within 10 days of reservation confirmation.
• $75 cleaning fee
• All rates are subject to Maine Usage Tax of 7%.
• Homeaway Security Fee Not Included, fee is a non refundable $49 fee - Weekly rate talks preferred, weekend rentals also welcomed.
