RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE UNTIL GUARANTEED BY RECEIPT OF DEPOSIT. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE CABIN OR COVERED PORCH. NO PETS ON THE PROPERTY WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT OF THE OWNER. EXCEEDING GUEST LIMITS MAY FORFEIT DEPOSIT. COPY OF DRIVERS LICENSE REQUIRED. NO SPLIT WEEKENDS.
CLEANING FEE - $85-$125 non-refundable cleaning fee is required for each reservation.

MONIES: Nonrefundable monies are to be paid by Visa, MC, Discover or e-check 90 days prior to check in. 3% FEE FOR CREDIT CARD; NO FEE FOR E-CHECK. - RV Hook-Up Available With Cabin Rental - Call for Rate. No RV Parking Without Owner’s Prior Written Consent.
