Two hundred dollar reimbursable deposit required for reservation and damage deposit. Land telephone for local calls will be provided as cell phones will not always work in these mountains. Deposit will be refunded after 2-3 days.Ten day notice for cancellation and return of deposit. Full amount of rental stay is due before arrival or, if monthly, one month's rent. Check in before 2:00 PM unless other arrangements are made.
VETERANS OR ACTIVE DUTY WILL RECEIVE 20% DISCOUNT FOR 2013-2014 SEASON.. WILL NEED SOME FORM OF ID FOR ANYONE IN PARTY..
A MAXIMUM OF 12 PEOPLE (ADULTS AND CHILDREN) WILL BE ACCEPTED.
NO charcoal grills on wooden decks--may use concrete patio, sidewalk or driveway. Gas grill is available

Third level bedroom has private bath and balcony with double doors for view of mountains. First level has two bedrooms with private bath, kitchen, fireplace and direct access to outside patio and parking, Also has satellite TV.. First level has never been lived in.
