Cancellations within 30 to 60 days of your stay, a charge of 100 % of your Reservation Rate will apply
No rate refunds if cancellation is within 30 days of stay. Security deposit, cleaning and pool fees will be refunded.
Option to transfer your cancelled stay to an off-peak season depending on availability. Please contact us for details. - ***All penalties waived and charges are always refunded if cancelled stay is booked by another guest.
Contracts are written for a minimum of thirty nights to comply with local zoning codes.
Your exclusive stay is guaranteed within those days.
