Islington Apartment Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Standard rental rates range from £65 / night to £ 80/ night depending on number of persons, duration and dates (time of year/week). Please make your enquiry with your requirements re numbers; duration and dates and the landlord will give you a quote for the period you are interested in. A breakages deposit of around £100 is required to cover any breakages and non-standard cleaning. The flat should be left in the condition in which it is presented and non-standard cleaning means more than 45 minutes of cleaning to return the flat to the condition it was presented in.
- Laundry washes for £5 a load by arrangement with the agent
- Payment is in advance. You will be invoiced by Paypal for up to the full amount of the rental cost. However, normally we take a deposit by paypal of half the rental cost and the balance is paid on arrival in cash. Paypal commission (4%) is the tenant's cost.
