• Saturday to Saturday rental during peak season. Arrival/departure dates are flexible during off season.
• 50% Deposit secures reservation.
• Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
•Please contact us for holiday/vacation week prices.
•Security deposit of $300 required, which will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure following cottage review.
We prefer payments by personal check, e-check, or cashier's check. Payments in U.S. Dollars (USD) only.
We DO accept credit cards, however there is a convenience fee of 2.5% (3.75% outside the US). We do not receive any portion of this fee. It is the amount charged to us by the credit card company. If you would like to pay with a credit card, please notify us before paying and we will add it onto the rental rate. If you pay with credit card without notifying us prior, this fee will be deducted from your security deposit before it is mailed
