Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates are inclusive
- Rates are $5,250 per night in season and are 20% higher for the Christmas-New Year holiday and 20% less in the summer season. These rates are all inclusive: there are no taxes or fees added and this covers the live in caretaker/chef couple and vehicle use. A tip for the couple of $150 per day is recommended. Additional costs of groceries, supplies, extra cleaning service for groups of more than six people and optional events or activities will be billed as incurred. Concierge services for reservations, activities, and complete pre-arrival arrangements are also included free of charge.
